The Titchwell Manor Hotel in Titchwell near Brancaster has been owned by Margaret and Ian Snaith since 1988. This elegant former Victorian farmhouse combines traditional values with chic contemporary accommodation and spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes to the North Sea.

Titchwell Manor features a variety of 27 bedrooms. Each bedroom is well equipped with White Company toiletries, flat screen digital TV with DVD players, complimentary Wi-Fi, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities.

Guests can enjoy celebrated gastronomy courtesy of Head Chef and rising culinary star Eric Snaith and his team. Eric’s flair and flavours have earned him a reputation for exquisitely presented, innovative, modern European food. The finest local ingredients and cutting edge-techniques have won the hotel three AA Rosettes and Eric himself the title of Eastern Daily Press Norfolk Food and Drink Chef of the Year 2012.

The Titchwell Manor Hotel has a great selection of modern, comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The House Rooms are available as ground floor rooms and are either located in the old chalk stable block adjacent to the hotel or in the main manor house. 

Each bedroom has been designed by Shaun Clarkson and have been styled in nautical colours with wood panelled walls, some also have reclaimed ship lights and vintage furniture. Most of the House Rooms bathrooms feature a bath with shower above, however 1 room does have a seperate shower and bath. 

Manor Rooms
These rooms are the original hotel rooms and feature bold colours and prints with vintage furniture and lighting. Enjoy views of either the hotels gardens on the stunning sea views. 

Herb Garden Rooms
The rooms are located on the ground floor room in the herb garden courtyard and can be double or twin rooms. The bedroom has fossil tiles and is styled in neutral colours. The stone tiled bathroom has either a walk in shower or bath with shower above. 

Herb Garden Patio Rooms
A large ground floor room in the herb garden courtyard, and can be a double or twin. The bedroom has painted floorboards and is styled in neutral colours. French doors open onto private patio area with views of the neighboring farmland. The stone tiled bathroom has a large walk in shower or bath with shower attachment. 

Potting Shed
A large stand-alone room on the edge of the garden, featuring 5ft wood carved bed, remote control log burner and veranda. A freestanding roll top bath is in the bedroom with a separate walk in shower found in the bathroom. This room is quirky and a favorite with honeymooners.

Pet Friendly
Titchwell Manor does accept dogs in the following rooms: 10, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31. Dogs are charged at £10 per dog per night and our greeted on arrival with dog bed, towel, biscuits and walking map.

Bar & Restaurant

Titchwell Manor houses two restaurants; the Eating Rooms, a stunning and informal dining area and bar with a seaview terrace, and the fine dining Conservatory Restaurant, awarded the coveted AA 3 rosette award.

Both are in the capable hands of Head Chef Eric Snaith.

EATING ROOMS
The Eating Rooms features distinctive, bold design throughout the bar, surrounding rooms and terrace and introduces relaxed and informal dining. The food reflects the mix of traditional and modern surroundings, using the very best local and seasonal produce to provide a large brasserie menu with modern takes on traditional dishes, simple food, executed with individual thought and style, as well as the restaurant-style dishes that Eric has become well known for.

CONSERVATORY
Overlooking the walled garden, the contemporary Conservatory Restaurant serves a seven course set menu each evening of modern European cuisine displaying Eric's eclectic style and flair for award winning food. If advised on booking we can offer a vegetarian menu, as well as cater to dietary requirements. On Sunday, the restaurant and brasserie menus combine to offer a mixture of styles as well as a traditional Sunday roast. Each evening the a la carte menu is also available. Guests may dine in the Conservatory Restaurant for lunch on Sundays 12 - 2.30pm.

AFTERNOON TEA
Our Head Chef Eric has created an irresistible Afternoon Tea menu, served daily in the Eating Rooms from 12 noon until 5pm.

Choose from contemporary takes on retro classics such as a ‘Crunchie’ and marshmallow teacakes; assorted freshly made cakes and sandwiches; macaroons; Viennese whirls; and freshly baked fruit scones. For true indulgence, why not add a glass of Moutard Champagne?!

No gluten? You can still enjoy an array of teatime treats with our gluten-free menu – including decadent chocolate nemesis cake!

ERIC'S FISH AND CHIPS
Situated 2 miles away along the coast road in Drove Orchards, Thornham, Eric’s Fish & Chips harks back to the traditional British fish and chip restaurants of the past, blending that nostalgia with a modern European menu influence.

Open daily from 12 until 9pm.
