Single Rooms
The Single Rooms sleep one person comfortably and are well equipped and spacious. These rooms are situated either to the side of back of the hotel.

Double/Twin Rooms
A Double or Twin Beds and an en-suite bathroom with deep bath and walk in shower. Limited twin beds available on request only.

As of the 11th March 2016 - Tea and Coffee making facilities will be removed from the bedrooms, a voucher will be included at a check in for a complimentary tea or coffee each day in the lounge.

Directions to Park Hotel in Peebles

From Edinburgh
Follow the A703 to Peebles and head straight on until you come to a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit and the The Park Hotel is located on your left.

From Glasgow
Follow the A72 to Peebles and take a left at the first roundabout before heading straight in. The entrance to The Park Hotel will sit on your rights hand side.

From the South
Take the A696 out of Newcastle, to the Scottish Borders where the road will change to the A68. Continue through the towns of Jedburgh, St Boswells, Galashiels and Innerleithen. Once in Peebles, The Park Hotel is on the left, just after the roundabout.

Breakfast will be “Breakfast in a box” which consists of a croissant with butter & choice of jam, yoghurt, orange juice and a piece of fruit. You will also be offered a hot drink with this. Should customers wish a full Scottish Breakfast then you can have this at Peebles Hydro for a supplement of £5.00 per person per day. Best Room Available - you will be allocated the best available room on check in. Please note that a superior room is not guaranteed, unless you have opted to pay the supplement for a guaranteed upgrade.

Walking

Located in the centre of the Tweed Valley, Peebles is a great central location for Scottish walking holidays and for exploring the countryside by foot.

If you fancy a short stroll, why not head along to the Pirn Hill Fort Trail up to the summit of a 2,000 year old fort and take in the breath-taking views over the valley.

For the a leisurely stroll by the river Tweed, head along the Leithen Water Circuit or to Neidpath Castle.

For those looking for a longer walk, the Glentress circuit from Peebles takes you through Glentress forest where you can watch the mountain bikers on the bike trails. There is also a café and visitor centre if you fancy a bit to eat before heading back. In addition, Cademuir Hill Forts and the Janet’s Brae both offer great views over the valley.

For the more experienced climber, Broad Law, Pykestone Hill and Drumelzier Law and the Dun Rig horseshoe all offer extensive views over the Border countryside and are well worth the climb.
