The Blue Restaurant at the Imperial Hotel

The restaurant serves a delicious a la carte menu daily between 5pm and 9.30pm. Here you can experience the locally sourced seafood and produce. From freshly caught mussels to Aberdeen Angus sirloin steaks, you can be sure to dine like a king. To finish, why not treat yourself and try one of the freshly prepared coffee liqueurs.
